Build Better Muscle With These 3 Amazing

Do you wanna get buff? Do you wanna build and pack on tons of muscle onto your body? Looking to just lose a bit of fat and have an easier time gaining a bit of muscle in the process. Well, it starts right here, with whatever you’re eating, what it is, where it’s coming from, how you’re preparing it, how much of it is there, etc, etc, etc…

Now, I know what you’re thinking, that I’m going to start harping on and on about protein and how important it is for building a bunch of strong muscles.

But, while protein is really good for that, there are definitely some severe drawbacks/negative side effects form consuming too much, because of this we deciding to make a list of vegetarian superfoods that do just as good or better job as all the protein in protein-rich foods such as beef, cottage cheese or chickpeas. Just remember what we said earlier about the dangers of over-consuming protein, so just be careful whenever you do find yourself eating a lot of it.

Chlorella Tablets

This is probably something you’ve heard of before, and if it’s not, don’t even worry about it, we’ll teach you all you need to know. So, first up on our list is a little green powder, commonly known as chlorella, this algae helps you “easily” build strong, lean muscles, chlorella tablets have actually become a fairly big thing in the bodybuilding community, the reason for all of this little plant’s success is because it has tons of protein, twice more than spinach and more than half the amount of rice, what’s even more astounding is the fact that it’s all packed into one little tablet, so instead having to eat a bunch of different food, you just have to pop a little green pill into your mouth and swallow it. Super simple, super easy. Two other things that it does include reduction of inflammatory pain and boosting of immunity.

Pine Pollen Powder

Yup… Your christmas tree’s pollen (if it’s a pine tree, obviously) can be used to build muscle on your body. Why? Because this particular superfood turns up the function of your metabolism, boosts the body’s cardiovascular performance as well as sex drive. Not only that, but it’s chock-full of  important vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, potassium and iron. All great for someone looking to gain some muscle. Last but not least, it doesn’t contain any preservatives.

Maca Root

Maca root… This little guy got an enormous boost in popularity, partially because of it’s substitution for chocolate flavoring and partially because it’s an amazing natural energy source, because of it’s super high carbohydrate levels (60% carbs), maca root powder is often a preferred choice among athletes. Rather than engaging in iffy and controversial anabolic steroids, using maca root is something a lot of pro and amateur athletes have turned to as a natural way to increase stamina phenomenally.
