Your body is a sponge for all things around you, including copper, which is quite prevalent in a lot of the food you eat as well the enviroment that you live in every day. But what most people don’t know is just how much copper their body is absorbing daily, and how it could be negatively effecting their body. It’s pretty bad when you think about it, and most people don’t even give it a single thought, not because they don’t care, but because they simply don’t even know any better.
What’s worse is that copper toxicity can have some seriously unpleasant effects on your everyday life, as it’s been linked to ailments such as PMS, anorexia, depression, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, and even food and environmental allergies.
Let’s get started with the list, shall we? You shan’t be kept in the dark any longer, it’s time to take action for what’s right. For YOU and your body.
Symptoms Of Copper Toxicity:
1. Adrenal Fatigue
This is technically not a direct repercussion of copper toxicity, seeing as it’s really more of a cause. You see, if the adrenal glands start working worse than they need to, heavy metals start building up in your body faster than they would’ve if your adrenal glands were working properly.
Now, adrenal fatigue can be caused by any number of things, however, people who tend to overwork themselves, over-exercise and/or drink too much caffeine, have been shown to probably be the most at risk of developing adrenal fatigue. So, if you find that you fit into any of those categories we listed up there, try to stop fitting in them as soon as you can.
2. Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis, as well as other other bone related problems have been linked in the past to possibly having a direct connection to an imbalance of copper in the body. This is mainly because of the fact that copper is extremely crucial to how the body uses calcium and seeing how that’s what repairs all your body’s ligaments, bones and connective tissue, you should probably make sure that it (calcium) can do it’s job, having way too much in the body can ruin that.
3. Minimal or Reduced Appetite
Another sign that your body has way too much copper is if your feeling less hungry than normal, now, while this could be any number of things, there’s a fairly high likelihood of it being because your toxic from too much copper.
4. Insomnia
Surprisingly, too much copper in your body can actually interrupt your sleeping patterns, causing insomnia, which isn’t good for anyone involved. It’s bad for you because, well, the obvious. Plus, it’s bad for whomever you’re sleeping with finds sleeping more difficult than normal. If you suffer from something like this, try wearing yourself out before bed, if your trying to ge ta workout in everyday, wait until right before then start working out for however long it take to get you feeling sleepy. Tis should work for most people, if not, don’t worry, there are plenty of options out there.
