Parsley’s been here for a while… Pretty much everyone knows what it is, most have eaten, and for the chefs out there, you’ve probably used it a few times…
Nowadays it would seem that it’s only used for garnish… Just to be thrown on to a dish, and then the rest of the parsley tossed aside for later…
