A Rheumatoid Arthritis Cure, a form of arthritis which is linked to at least 8 different types of cancer including Lymphoma, may be on the way.

A Rheumatoid Arthritis Cure? Many people all over the world have waited and suffered for many years to find a better way to deal with this condition. As we continue to evolve in our treatment in all types of conditions, there may finally be light at the end of the tunnel for this one. Rheumatoid Arthritis causes a large amount of swelling and pain by causing the systems of the body to not act in a normal manner.

It causes the body to attack healthy tissue. The latest information leads to the conclusion that at least one million Americans suffer from this form of arthritis.  There are a lot different kinds of treatments that can curb some of the  effects but no ,100%, cure is available. Early clinical trial may show hope  that a new form of therapy could stop these symptoms from altogether taking hold by teaching the system of the patient’s to ignore something in the body that it normally identifies as a foreign foe.

Immune cells go through our blood and tissue, sorting bad stuff from healthy tissue to keep the body as healthy as it can. Rheumatoid arthritis takes effect when these immune cells incorrectly identify healthy cells as foreign and attack them instead. This can cause havoc for the people who are affected by this condition.

Rather than looking at ways to treat the effects once this chain of events has already played out, researchers from Australia’s University of Queensland looked to zero in on the root cause. A team developed a vaccine-style therapeutic approach for people with the most common form of rheumatoid arthritis, known as CCP-positive.

“This  Rheumatoid Arthritis Cure Is Groundbreaking…”

The treatment is ground breaking because this form of arthritis is linked to at least 8 different types of cancer including Lymphoma. The goal of this new therapy is to teach the system of the body to leave some of the natural things alone, to prevent inflammation. To do this, the cells which teach the system, are taken from the body and mixed with a drug and a natural peptide found in arthritic joints, before being put back.

They show peptides to the immune system and the cells of the body that act as student soldiers then get the message to either attack or do a peace-keeping mission for that peptide. When we deliver peptide and an anti-inflammatory drug to a cell, it teaches the student soldiers to keep the peace in that tissue, to keep it healthy.”

Right now the treatment is too expensive and time-consuming to see it adopted for most people that have this condition. Thomas says the study’s results, which show that a single injection can help slow down and even stop the effects of rheumatoid arthritis, are good enough to continue development of different versions of the therapy.
